【Inoculation Tickets】
For those who have unused vaccination tickets
You can continue to use them after September. （ No new vaccination tickets will be mailed. ）
Those who have lost or otherwise lost their unused vaccination tickets
New vaccination tickets will be mailed to those who apply for reissuance. It may take one to three weeks to receive the vaccination ticket due to postal circumstances.
For those who have not received the (3)(1)(2)(2)
Vaccination tickets will be mailed one after another after August 10, 2012. If 3 months have not passed since the last vaccination, they will be mailed sequentially around the time when 3 months have passed.

*Applications for reissuance of vaccination tickets for inoculation starting in the fall of 2023 will be accepted after （ August 10 ）, when the mailing will begin.
